BailaSiempre Pledge

Organisers displaying the "Inclusive event" badge on BailaSiempre commit to the following principles:

Language

  • › Use neutral terms for dance roles (e.g. leader / follower) without assigning them based on gender or appearance
  • › Not condition participation on an imposed role

Welcome

  • › Welcome all dancers regardless of gender, sexual orientation, origin or level
  • › Not tolerate any discriminatory remarks from participants or staff

Safety

  • › Remind dancers that consent applies on the dance floor too
  • › Have an identified contact person for any report
