This class is open to everyone, especially:
Those who have always wanted to learn salsa, but whose learning has been hindered by traditional methods or busy schedules
Those who wish to discover or deepen their understanding of Colombian or Cuban styles
Anyone eager to better understand salsa music: its origins, rhythms, and stylistic differences
And simply, those who want to dance but haven't yet dared to take the plunge
👉 Our classes are designed to adapt to each individual. The instructors are attentive and support each student to help them reach their full potential.
🧭 How are the classes structured?
In the first class, you will learn the fundamental basics.
Then, whether you're a beginner or intermediate dancer, each session includes regular practice of basic steps to:
warm up properly
improve posture
strengthen balance and weight management
Technique, musicality, and a sense of rhythm are integrated into every class.
📈 Progress is natural, at the group's pace: no one is left behind. Repetition remains essential for progress and increased ease.
💡 A good dancer isn't necessarily the one who knows the most steps, but the one who knows how to dance with the music, the rhythm, and above all, with their partner.
